  • Guests are responsible for maintaining property condition and respecting house rules.

  • Central Haven reserves the right to cancel bookings for misuse or breach of rules.


4. Property Management (For Landlords)

  • Central Haven agrees to manage properties on behalf of landlords as per signed agreements.

  • Landlords must provide accurate property details, safety compliance, and insurance.

  • Central Haven will handle bookings, guest management, and property care.

  • Income distribution, fees, and payment schedules are outlined in landlord agreements.


5. Payments

  • Guests must pay booking fees in full before check-in.

  • Landlords will receive monthly statements and payments as per agreement.

  • All fees are stated in GBP (ÂŁ) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

  • Late or failed payments may result in penalties or service suspension.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Guest Bookings: Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct booking).

  • Landlord Agreements: Either party may terminate with written notice as per contract terms.

  • Central Haven is not responsible for external booking platform refund policies.


7. Use of Website

  • You may not misuse our website by introducing viruses, spam, or malicious code.

  • Content on our website (text, images, logo) is owned by Central Haven and cannot be copied without permission.

  • We may update or modify website content at any time.


8. Liability

  • Central Haven will take reasonable care to provide quality services but does not accept liability for:

    • Events outside our control (strikes, weather, emergencies).

    • Guest actions or damages caused by tenants.

    • Losses incurred by landlords due to market fluctuations or force majeure events.
